Bad service

Went to store on the 7th of December to purchase an addidas outfit for my son, at mall of the north, when I got home it did not fit my son. The nearest store to me is seshego, when I got there, the lady at the door informed me that they couldn't assist because they don't have the outfit in store and that the person responsible for refunds is unavailable, so I can not be assisted by a refund. And to my surprise I was also told about a target that needs to be reached, because if gave me a refund it would affect them.
