Bad service

M very frastated with studio 88 I bought 2 puma t-shirts at elim mall limpopo come back to Pretoria with them, 1 for my husband 1 for me, my husband open his and wear it mine it's still on it original parkage, I den was the 1 for my husband after 1wash the colour is out I dicided to return mine and get my money back I went to sunny Park mall studio, they refuse to refund me saying they can do exchange for me but refund I must go back to the shop I bought the shirt from, bad service I tell u how can they exchange but can't refund me I want my money
