Bad Customer service. R

I bought shirt for my Son yesterday the 18th October 2020 from Studio 88 Mall of the north unfortunately the sizes were small had to exchange, I went to the nearest store studio 88 Limpopo mall and I didn't get the sizes that am looking for and the only option was refund. A Cahier called the Tall Dark guy n he told me that I need to go back to Mall of the North. I Called their Head Office as I was unsatisfied n spoke to Renee n she didn't assist me, she advised me to go back to the Studio88 Limpopo Mall and call the same number n give the guy that she resist to assist my phone to talk to their Head Office as she they have 60 store-safety of their customers is not considered. Their employees doesn't were name badges to be identified cos they know they not doing the right thing.
