Bad customer service

Wanted to lay-buy a pair of shoes but they didn't have my size & they found the size in Denlyn branch in Mamelodi, when asked if they can get it for me they told me that it's gonna take one to two months before it could get it , what I couldn't understand is that Mamelodi is less than 40km away & thus had to drive to Mamelodi from Atteridgeville for something they could have easily helped me with!
