Bad Customer Service

Last week I saw a puma sandal displayed at the Tshwane Mall branch I went in the shop and enquired about size and price and told the friendly consultant I will be back next week to laybye. Today after work I made my way to the shop to do the laybye to my excitement I saw the very same consultant by the door and told him am here to laybye the puma sandal told him my size and he went to fetch it whilst fitting the one displayed to show my colleague one of the other consultant made a remark that "people come into the shop to make their shoes filthy and not buy" I was embarrassed by the remark but let it pass then when the friendly consultant returned with the shoe and I made my way to the till he made another remark asking where is she taking the box whilst busy saying now she made this one dirty we cant sell it and she's taking another one to the till you should have sold her this one saying to the friendly consultant and another one who was near all along, mind you there where other customers in the shop but he just decided to pick on me. I than got to the till and told the guy at the till I would like to laybye he processed everything but whilst standing there I noticed that the box said 38 meanwhile I had fitted 39 and asked him to please change it, he then asked the friendly guy to bring the correct size to which the rude consultant said whats wrong? I knew she wont buy and the guy at the till said bring size its a laybye he continued to say Sesi you are laybying not even buying cash you know, how much is your balance let me pay for you once so you leave with the shoe, no one tried to repremand him even when I asked for manager because his conduct towards me was that of embarrassing me. I than asked the guy at the till to cancel the laybye because the disrespect was too much and I don't want to associate myself with the shop anymore by coming back and paying for my laybye and have someone make a mockery out of me.
