Bad customer service

Hi I would like to address this horrible matter I came across yesterday 25th Of November (Black Friday) in studio 88 store (Vereeniging)

I’m an above knee amputee so during my lunch time I went there to purchase sneakers the sales person help with respect but the manager made a total different opposite by not allowing me to go in front I tried to talk to them so nicely that I can’t stand for too long hence I’m using crutches to stand/walk the manager refused to help me nd says I don’t wanna stand on the que I must leave nd the que was too much for me to wait that long so I decided to leave the shop coz of that so would you please help me on this matter nd I’ll really appreciate your response on my email (*** or call me please please I’m not happy at all thanx
