Bad customer service

I bought a pair of sneakers at Studio 88 on the 31st of December and while shopping around I come across the same pair at another store for a whole R250 less, so I go back to studio 88 to request for a refund because no one wants to be reaped off a whole R250 because clearly it's cheaper. The manager there refused to refund my money and was arrogant about it. I felt bul**** by this man. He was so arrogant and didn't even offer some sort of service, just sat there saying he has no money and there's nothing he can do.
