BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

As a customer I've bought size 6 PlayBoy Sandles PYB233B at STEP SIDE Mams Mall then found it too small and I went to Stiduo 88 at Mams Mall to exchange but the store manager with the name of Orbert refused to provide customer service. He said "It's either I go back to STEP SIDE to get my refund because they wanna reach their target ". He also have stinky attitude and he doesn't deserve the position at all.
