BAD BAD SERVICE!!!!!!!!! AT THE SOUTHGATE SHOP!!!
So yesterday 921/12/2024) My partner and I Bought two pairs of Hi tech sandals.. The lady that was assisting us was as professional and entusiastically mentioned that we will get two Hi tech hats with our purchase.. Now to our dissapointment after spending close to R2000.. The rude/ unprofessional condescending cashier with dreadlocks Said No! There are NO HATS! HE Simply refused to give us hats nor provide us with an alternative.. is this how the shop works? Or are the hats kept for '' SPECIAL CUSTOMERS''? WE LEFT THE SHOP FULL OF DISSAPINTMENT.
