Bad Attitudes & Bad Service

Worst experience from the store in zewenwacht sales assistant absolutely of no help they have no way of dealing with customer. I asked them for assistance and they just couldn't be bothered. Mitchell's plain branch all staff assistants is standing on cellphones and nobody bothers to assist customers. I then resorted to the customer care as I wanted a certain product advertised to date I still have not received feedback on the product I need to constantly call after them. First the store did not want to assist and now it's a struggle with the customer service. This company needs to start training their people on how to deal with customers and customer queries.
