Bad attitude from store assistance

I went to Lephalale mall to exchange the shoes that I bought at the plaza,the store assistance asked me where dd I buy the shoes while it stated clearly on the slil,when I told him that I bought the shoe at the plaza and thought they might have closed since it was past 18h00 he told me they are still opened with an attitude,I ignored his attitude and told him I wanted size exchange and a refund on the jeans,unfortunatly I could not refund since the slip says so,I didnt have a problem with that.when I asked for size 8 he said they dont have it again with that contempt tone,I asked then how do they go about it since I cannot exchange nor refund he kept on saying there is no size,then I told him I want it since he was giving an attitude then he told me I must go get it where I bought it l,the cashier jumped in aswell and told me that I wont get it.when I asked for the manager the other staff showed me the other guy and laughed and the cashier told me that their manager was not at work I asked for the number and there was no answer to my call.I was treated more like I was a ***** and a fool..The cashier even throwed the shoes on the counter at some point.I am disgusted..
