Bad attitude

I bought some items from Studio88 at Tshware regional mall, when I went back to ask for a refund, I was told to return on Sunday because they didn't have any cash to refund me with but due to personal reasons I couldn't go on Sunday. Upon my return on Monday, 25 August 2025, I was met with the same excuse and bad attitude from the lady who was helping me. I continously went back from 26 Aug to 29 Aug but I was told the same excuse along with the bad attitude from the same lady who was helping me. The lady was very rude telling me I should have come on Sunday because they the cash to refund me, to quote her "We had your money and you didn't come, I don't know what you expect me to do". I even asked for a way to contact head office to file a complaint and she refused, told me I should search the net and should go ahead to report her, she is used to it.
