On the 20th of November I went to Elukwati studio 88 and bought puma track pants, got home and they did not fit me, then I went for an exchange on the 29th only to find that the pants were finished, I then asked for a refund and they refused to give me my money back. Kindly assist as they say they can only refund when their manager is in and took my number but a week has passed now without them calling me.
