Agry customer

My name is welcome I bought a white all star size 9 and a black hat on the 10 of September the price was R1279. 98. But instead the cashier mistakenly put R12799. 91 I only noticed it when I get to work I called them and they told me that I must come before 18h:00 they will give me cash but I told them that the bank will charge me plus minus a R1000 when I deposit it they then said I must come to the store with my ID document, my bank statement and the card that I used for the transaction I went there yesterday with all that they required they said the money will be refunded yesterday or today in the morning, but I didn't receive the money and nobody came back to me to tell me what is the progress I followed up with them all they did is to send me the email that they sent to their head office yesterday and I'm really inconvenienced but I really needed to use that money because it's been three days now
