I purchased a pair of sneakers for my son for his birthday. The customer services assistant that assisted me was Rencia Phillips. I would like to take this opportunity in saying this was by far the most excellent service I received. Throughout the entire process she kept me in the loop with tracking the sneakers, calling me to keep me updated. The last problem I encountered was the sneaker turned out to be small. I emailed her and she efficiently arranged for the sneakers to be picked up on the 09 March 22 and much to my surprise I even received the replacement size today 14 March 22. This was definitely 5 star service. I really hope that Rencia will be acknowledged for her superstar service she gave me. Once again Rencia Phillips thank you for the efficient and excellent service.
