Remax calls in Emile the repairman for a broken geyser.

After not receiving full payment - he calls me and advises he's on hes way to he's lawyer as I have not paid him (Never heard of the man but he's on he's way to he's lawyer)

Invoice was not issued by him to me at any stage, but only later through Remax. After numerous threats and terrible behavior all available on email the payment was made, as he's clearly unstable.

Emile charges VAT on a excess invoice nor does he list the work completed on he's invoices.

Emile "Firstly. This is my money I did your job. I want my money" Emile "If payment are not made before end of Monday 26. I will have no other choice then to go the my lawyers. " Emile "I'll send the invoice on email tomorrow. And the if I don't receive my payment. Then we'll see. " - He did not send the invoice.

Please avoid using this mans services if possible.
