what was promised was not given at all

I was told we were going to do three outfits but only 2 was done no mini facial, no foot spa & hand massage no hairstyle all this we included on the R300 we paid we were not told that we would have to pay R1500 to get our pictures when I asked her she told me if we had told you before you so the picture u wouldn't have wanted to pay that much money for pictures, we ended up paying R500 + R300 to get a CD no print out as it was promised 4 jumbo pictures I had to take it cause it was my husbands birthday and we wanted to do something special didn't know we will live there offices broke am vey upsad with this guys and please people stay away from them they are trouble they will use you then take your money the funny part is when they talk about money they do it behind closed doors so that the other clients don't find out as well before taking the pictures very very disappointed
