Unsatisfactory service

I purchsed a voucher on Daddy'sdeal for a 2 hour photoshoot session. The session was on the 11th January. On the day of the shoot, we were told that the photo's will be available a week later which never happened. I called them numerous times and with every call I was promised a call back on when the photos will be available. Only on the 16th February I got a call that the photos were ready.<br> <br> I went to collect the photos on the 21st and to my horror all the photos had a big studio1 logo. When I enquired why the photos are like that they told me that's how the printing house did it and there was nothing they can do.<br> <br> How can I have a photo with a companies logo? What am I supposed to do with the photo cause I cant even frame it. What irritated me more is when they told me that they are running a special for R500 where I can get all the photos on disc without that hidios logo. <br> I mean what am i supposed to do with photos that have a companies logo on the front of it? Am I marketing company for these people now?
