Unproffessional Billing and services

I confirm a booking after being contacted and I receive a sms. I never receive any further information or email as promised and no information regarding the shoot and change of clothing outfits. I then take my family where we wait 2 hours to be seen and they are 2 hours late for an appointment booked in advance , I have little kids.<br> We then have the shoot with no outfits, and same shots taken as everyone else with no input of what we would like for the photos. I pay R300 fee as explained for the 4 jumbo prints and the shoot and makeup. I collect my 4 prints and no A1 print for giving referral of 30 references to contact as told at the shoot. I then get an additional amount of a package taken off my account. besides the R300. I have just requested to receive proof of payment of the R300 and the confirmation of booking. I still receive nothing and then they have attitude with me. I request a full refund, no response.
