Studiemeester a waste of money!

I signed a contract and debit order with Studiemeester few months ago. There is almost no contect for ny grade 1 child. They said one can access oral, eassay and project themes and info, but there is nothing on the web. Ons must actually request directly from them everytime. Their exam pages are not on standard. I found better ones for free somewhere. I feel they could contact our school themselves to request handbook info. I complained but they did not even bother to reply. It is as if they do not care. They are very unprofessional and rude. Now I have to pay a big anount every month for nothing.
