Bad service, poor quality

Bought a brand new school golf shirt, and the blue collar colour ran and stained whites at the first wash. Linda, the shop owner, blames me for the error, insinuating, with rude undertones, that I did something to the shirt. The shirt was washed the same WAY I wash all my whites, with the same soap I have uded for years without any problems. Just read other reviews and I am not the only one complaining about the quality and bad attitude from the owner.
