Student and life(Castle View), nothing but false Adverti*****t

False Adverti*****ts... the rooms are extremely small and not all rooms come with a fridge (as advertised).... Rent is where the actual deceit is, you are told a specific amount but when that invoice comes in expect to pay atleast R1000 extra (the way the invoice is designed is made to confuse the tenants, they involve outstanding amount from months back which were already settled. As if my experience wasn't bad enough, when I moved out I got emails stating I owed them close to R14000 when all my bills were settled, I went back 6 months later to query it as my emails were being ignored And I went through all my invoices from when I moved in (2 years ago, at the time) only to find out that they actually owed me just over R1000... it been a year now of them saying they will pay me back my money but still nothing.

My advice: if you move into that place, just do yourself a favour and don't pay rent the last 2 months.
