Pathetic!

My cousin Sizukiwe Diba was living at Student and Life Castleview for the past three years. He did not renew his contract to the 2023 year and moved out promptly on the 27th of January 2023. Inspection was done when he moved out. Someone moved into his room on the 1st of February 2023, but until this day he has not received his deposit!!

The lease agreement states that deposits are paid 14 days after inspection is done and the lease ends. We have been contacting the accounts lady the whole time and she has been of no help, instead she billed us for February!
