DEPOSITO NOT PAID BACK

My daughter had a one year lease contract that expired on 31 Dec 2015. All her payments is up to date and the premises was inspected by Student & life . According to the lease agreement payment of the deposit will<br> be finalised within 7 days.<br> The deposit is still outstanding as on 2016-02-02 after several phone calls and promises.<br> I desperately need the money.<br> I will strongly advice students if possible rather make use of other premises to avoid this unprofessional institution!<br>
