CONTINUEOUS DELAY OF DEPOSIT AND RENT REFUND

My lease at Student and Life should have been for 6 months (from end of June to end of Jan), however Belinda has cancelled my lease and I moved out in the middle of December. <br> <br> As per the law, seeing that she has cancelled me lease and not me, I am entitled to a FULL REFUND of my deposit and rent paid in advance which should have been done when I moved out. Belinda promised that the refunds will reflect on Thursday, 24 December 2015 (which it did not). I contacted her and she said that it will reflect on Tuesday, 29 December 2015 instead (which has done been done either). I contacted her AGAIN and she said that I should speak to someone else named Colleen and provided me with their COMPANY NUMBER immediately after telling me that her staff will only be back at the office on Thursday, 31 December 2015.<br> <br> I urgently need these refunds today! I don't suggest that ANYBODY considers staying at Student and Life as they clearly do not know the law when they have \lawyers"working for them. I think that their \""lawyers\"" need to need to go back to law school to have their minds refreshed on what the laws are.<br> <br> If this us not done ASAP"
