Unacceptable

I booked a trip to China to scout out a work opportunity and wanted to get an idea of the position and the area before I committed. I booked a return flight.<br> I was assured when I booked my ticket that if I cancel the return (should I choose to take the position and decide to not return on the date I had booked) that I would either incur a small cancellation charge and then be able to get a refund or I would be able to make one date change free of charge. I have been trying to sort this out for three weeks with no resolution. My return ticket is booked for the 23rd of February. <br> I finally got a response saying that the ticket is not refundable and if I want a date change, I need to pay an additional R1500. Not to mention that the ticket date on my itinerary for my outbound flight was incorrect so I went to the airport on the wrong day. <br> <br> Utterly unacceptable. I would not recommend anybody use their service.
