Outstanding Service from Travel Consultant!

Went to a number of travel consultants to look at booking my son's year return ticket to Australia. Carla was head & shoulders above the rest! Outstanding service, always getting back to me when she said she would and always felt she was doing her utmost to get us the best deal possible. Contacted her again about my son taking his surfboard as extra luggage - & she didn't give me the airline customer service number to call - but phoned them herself and got back to me once everything was sorted!
