Having to pay

My wife and I bought multiple plane tickets from Jeff Watson at Student flight Howard centre Pinelands. When buying the tickets we specified in our written request for a quote that some of the flight had to be flexible as we wanted to move the dates. When I paid for the flight I again ask and was told you can move those flight as you are paying the highest fair. <br> While on holiday in Hungary we then need to change the flights and was shocked and horrified when we where told we need to pay an extra R7560.00 to change the flights.<br> We had to choice but we paid for the flights.<br> I then contacted Erick Dedekind and requested a refund as I was sold a product that did not meet the basic requirement that I requested. Erick had the audacity to email me and tell me that these ticket as a \y"class and that was the cost. Me as a client does not have any idea what any classes of tickets mean. I requested flexible flight I was promised flexible flights but when I wanted to use the flexibility of the date change I was ripped of and had to pay R7560.00. Student flight should refund me."""
