Terrible Service with Student Deals

This must be by far the worst experience I have ever come across purchasing stationary as a student. I purchased 2 tablets with the company and I only received one, I contacted them with this matter and they sent the other one which was missing, however there are still particulars in that pack that were not delivered. Some of my stationary that was suppose to come with the pack is missing, my contract sim card is not ricard mind you me I sent the documents 7 days ago and I was told it only take 48 hours to activate the sim card. I tried to email,call, whatsapp no one responds to me. I paid for everything yet I only received half of my items. The service is so disappointing because it is difficult to find student material in value packs and this is not the first time happening, the first time I purchased stationary pack with the company my airtime was missing this happened on the 20th of August i'm yet to still receive the airtime.
