Student Deals online ****

<p>Hi, I bought a laptop and powerbanker online from Student Deals almost 2 months ago. When I follow up they are always postponing or even worse they don't respond to texts since they interact with clients via WhatsApp! Or respond willy nilly. When I call they don't pick up. It reached a point where I need to be refunded and it is the same story, saying next week Monday, come Monday it's Friday, come Friday they say the 25th! I paid over R4000 and when I ask for office line or address they don't respond! This guys claim that they are waiting for the laptops that are stuck at the harbour! I wonder if that applies to the powerbanker?</p> <p> </p> <p>I went to their Facebook page and there a many people who finds themselves in the very same position! So I need my money! Pay back the money! I am ****ed!</p>
