Student Deals: Maladministration/PoorService

Struggling to get assistance from Student Deals...tried all methods available to get assistance but in vain. Placed an order on the 12th April and paid, received a reference number but unable to track the order, no communication from Student Deals, sent numerous texts on their Facebook page and WhatsApp but all being ignored. Calls are not answered. Tried to even have the order reversed to at least purchase elsewhere as I need to prepare for exams. Don't know what else to do.
