Student Deals e-book

I have ordered an e-book from student deals. Before I went ahead with my order, I chat with a consultant named Ziyanda, on their online chat. I have enquired if access to that book is permanent or temporary; she ensured me that the book will be mine permanent I then went ahead and paid R370.43 for the book. However I have received an activation link from Vital Source that the link is only valid for 6 weeks. Their line is forever engaged, I'm not sure if it's working. They take forever to respond to e-mails. I want them to sort this issue otherwise I want my refund.
