<p style="color: #555555;">hi </p> <p style="color: #555555;">i purchased a bag pack over two months ago from student dealz online and i paid for the back pack in full using my SBUX voucher i was told that i will receivethe backpack withing three working days. i must say this has been the longest three working days of my life. i kept sending them e-mail trying to get them to communicate with me or at least refund me my funds back not once did they get back to me instead i receive an email containing an invoice that clearly states that they received the payment but stated nothing about the delivery of the backpack. i sent anpther email clearly stating that i am no longer interested in the bag instead i wanted my money back that is when i received a phine call from their call center agent who then swore that my bag will be delivered in three days since then i have not heard a word from them.</p>
