Summaries Incomplete and wrong info

I have bought their full packet now going for the 4th year. And since the beginning, I found that their summaries had wrong information, spelling and grammar faults, and missing info altogether. I had one or two replies that said they do not sum up activities and that is not what was missing. This year in grade 7 history Jan Van Riebeeck came to Cape Town in 1952 instead of 1652???

The person that writes does not come back to me or correct numerous faults I send via WhatsApp while we study. And from the last terms messages, the right person did not contact me at all. You would assume they want to correct these faults for future students but they just don't care. My daughter's marks actually declined this year, due to the fact we just used their study notes and now I see that I have to double-check every detail so for the 3rd quarter we just summarised it ourselves.
