Terrible service!!! You have no access to course material before you sign the debit order with them so there's no way for you to know if the information will be relevant. I joined just before the exam and I printed only two exam papers and saw that it is not the same as the things that my son was given to study. After the exam I thought ok I will just cancel it even though I paid for the whole month and only got two exam papers for him that he could not even use. I was then informed that I will have to keep paying till the end of December as I could have downloaded everything. Why would I download thing for term 3 and 4 when we are in term 2. Apparently the IT department also can't track what was downloaded from their website so they also can't show me proof of what I downloaded. With technology today you want to tell me even though I logged in with a username and password you don't know what I did on your system. That is pure nonsense. Don't support this company as they are not good!
