Terrible service Stucky Motors Piet Retief

I own several vehicles sold by Stucky Motors in Piet Retief and am struggling to get proper service from them.

They do not give feedback and give excuses that they are waiting for spares.

How can Mercedes not be able to supply spares for a vehicle of which they sold thousands across the world.

My car has been with them for more than a month now and now they tell me the spares will take at least another month to be supp**** out of Germany.

This is ridiculous. Spares cannot take more than 2 months to get.

I have phoned the Dealer Principle twice after not getting any joy from the staff and he just never phones back.

They are quick to charge and overcharge, but the service is terrible.

Can anybody help?
