BAD SERVICE AND NO PARTS AVAILABLE.

My dad ordered a part for his 2015 Chery 1.5 J2 TX last year in September and paid cash for it . Then my dad's car master clutch cylinder broke and car was towed to Stucky Motors in Newcastle KZN . The car has been there since 2024-11-18 and till now, no parts are available and promises are made to sort it out . No feedback is given and my dad even went to see the manager . He was promised 9 to 19 days for the parts . Now they say another 3 to 6 months . They are pensioners and stranded without a vehicle . Please stay away from Stucky Motors and especially stay away from Chery . I have gone so far as to email Chery in December, January and February and have not received any feedback , phone call or answer . Chery don't have any come back service
