No response

I contacted Ms Goskar by telephone 2 and a half weeks ago enquiring about a job that was due to be performed at our house. She assured me she would contact the person who did the quote and get back to me. We had severe water damage and our entire floor needed to be redone. I needed to know if we had to move out and for how long. She did not contact me. I sent her an email last week asking for a response but had none. I sent another email yesterday asking for a response with a similar result. I mentioned that I would be approaching Hello Peter. This did not have the desired outcome. Our floors are getting worse and worse and nothing seems to rouse Ms Goskar into responding. Please help.
