Stubhub takes my money and i cant watch the game, no refund, no credit, no communication!

Do not do business with this Stubhub. You cannot communicate via email and try logging in they say details are incorrect and wont send an email on the Forgotten Password response. I bought 2 tickets to Spurs versus Manchester United game in London for March and paid R13,000. The match was postponed and eventually played in June but no spectators were allowed. I have received no correspondence from Stub hub since March and no tickets were ever sent. Who is sitting with this money? No refund or credit note has been offered, just deathly silence. Don't try communicating with *** this office is closed and you get an automatic response that refers to their website which wont allow me to login! Very poor show, no wonder they are facing a class action lawsuit in the USA. Once bitten twice shy!
