Money due to me after I sold tickets on StubHub
I bought tickets on StubHub SA for a Premier League Football game due to be played on 23 December in the UK, in July 2017. These tickets come at a premium price and StubHub take commission. In October 2017 the game was re-scheduled which meant that we could not attend the game as we would not be in the UK. I had not physically received any tickets. As as result of the date change I placed the tickets back on StubHub's site as a seller. My tickets were sold by the end of November and StubHub would then make my tickets available to the new buyer, known only to them. After the game was played, my refund was processed and I received notification of payment from StubHub UK - in Pounds. They say they have paid me but the money has never arrived in my account in South Africa. They say they are investigating but that the international bank transfer appears to be having a problem. The issue I have is that I paid for these tickets in Rands to StubHub South Africa and I am not getting my money back. Surely StubHub South Africa should be refunding me.
