Rotten attitude for misplacing my quality blanket

It's been 3 weeks now since the owner of the drycleaner said they will call me back after they investigate where is my home choice blanket.I called the dry cleaners two weeks back to follow up & the owner told me she doesn't know where is my blanket with a stinking attitude & she hangup the call on my ears.She was disrespectful & very rude.They lost my quality home choice blanket & giving me attitude instead.They are not even sorry for misplacing my blanket.
