Lack of customer service

I needed work done for a compliance certificate. When the inspection was done, i was quoted R2200 for the work to be done. I requested a written quote. The quote was brought in on the day the work was to be done, despite many phone calls and messages. The calls were never answered and no replies to the messages. The written quote ended up for R3400. And the son-in law came to do the work. Godfrey never bothered to contact me. If you can, never use them. It is not the way to do business
