I had the pleasure of purchasing a pre-owned Ford Figo TDCI from SSM in August of 2022. To cut to the chase - the service I received (both pre- and post-sale) was outstanding. Initially there was an issue with the starter which Marko (my Salesman) had checked-out by his maintenance team. We all came to the conclusion that my un-fami****ity with the starting of a Diesel Vehicle was probably the cause of the problem and I would eventually get used to it. Unfortunately the problem worsened to the point where one day my Vehicle "decided" it was not going to start at all anymore! With only 1 week of my 6-month Warranty remaining, I contacted Marko again. and explained. He immediately arranged for the collection of the Car and a Courtesy Vehicle whilst SSM did the necessary repairs/replacement of relevant parts - no quibble/no problem! Both Marko and Basie (SSM Owner) were absolutely amazing and could not have done more to help. In summing-up - TOP NOTCH SERVICE FROM A TOP NOTCH DEALER. Thank you SSM!!!!!
