Strollers baby car seat refund

I have ordered a car seat and baby bag from this company (Strollers baby) on the 1st February this year After seeing their posts on Instagram. Paid them R7400, to date they have not delivered. After explaining how desperate I needed that car seat they have been promising to refund me by the 30th April. Today when I’m querying the refund they blocked me on WhatsApp and Instagram. I want my money back. Their service sucks they don’t answer call , they respond days after you sent messages and being blue ticked. A lady by the name of Lungi seems to be the one in charge. If you order from them it’s at your own risk. They don’t keep their promises
