Strohdach lapas - Bad quality material and craftsmanship

I asked Louis from Strohdach Lapa's in June 2019 to come and do a tile roof for my thatch lapa. They then mention that they also have the required experience and people to fit my new roof for a new building. I need to be honest. I do not know roofs and the how and the what behind it so when they said they have the experience I went for it. Little did I know they did not have the experience or the s****s to fit a non thatch roof. Since their installation they came back 5 times to "fix" the leaking roof. It is still leaking. The tiles were wrongfully installed by the s****ed staff. Nails were not correctly used (although the staff went on a course to do it). This was "corrected"not by replacing but by placing another tile over it. The joints are a disgrace and a sight for sore eyes. The dust plastic used is for "controlling the inside temperature' and not for waterproofing. Normal roof plastic is "to hard" and breaks after a while. The water runs down the trusses and the walls and mounts of silicon was inserted to try and stop it. The water is running down the "plastic" into the walls due to it not lapping over the wall in return staining the decorative plaster. No lapping was done at the top either.The gutter was outsourced and is not correctly installed. For the last 9 months I was promised it will be fixed. Once my roof is eventually fixed I will need to redo the plaster on the walls. The quality of the products used is probably the worst on the market for a normal structure roof.. The tiles are already rusting. Although my planner provided the plans for the building the trusses were done by a company provided by the supplier (who met on site and did their own measurement)s. Once trusses arrived it was modified on various angles to accommodate a better fit. So here I am. My project is standing still as the roof is still leaking and the gutter is of no use (not only is it leaking but the water runs between it and the roof. The tiles on the roof are bent (it bends very easy). After coming back 5 times to "fix" the roof a lot of walking was done on it bending the tiles. I also asked a roof assessor that is being used by the banks to come and do an assessment . His report very clearly states my points above regarding quality and craftsmanship (available by request). I invite anyone to come and have a look at the work that was done to better my understanding on how I can get this fixed /sorted. Strohdach did say they will come and fix the leaks again. I am just not sure what will be different this time around and why I can just not trust it will not leak again...)
