DSTV INSTALLATION FIXING OF CHANNELS

We phoned the company and reported that all our channels were operational in the TV room & the 2 bedrooms suddenly lost their DSTV signal. We were told that they would send out a technician (30/06/2024) with a tester to test our system, give us a quote & then we could decide. When the "technician" arrived they inspected the 3 areas. they proceeded to undo the cable looms and worked at the back of the TV. once completed the requested payment of R4325 which they wanted before they left, My daughter did an eft to a bank number that was verbally given to her. Once in the car they sent an invoice for work carried out. When I got home all 3 TV's DSTV channels were operational but now none of any of the other channels could be picked up. Looking at the invoice, the company names was for Samedayinstallations, dated 8 Nov 2023, payable on 29 Mar 2024. The bank number was also different to that on the invoice. We were charged for a booster that was our own, as well as a multi box costing R2450 that actually is worth only approx R 900, as well as a service fee of R950. All indicating that we were ****med. I phoned *** to log my complaint with him. I also supp**** the number of the person who came out to our house being *** that comes up as Manzuzu DSTV. I made and appointment with both parties to come out @ 15h00 on 7 July 2024. Nobody pitched, when I phoned *** he said I was to phone the other chap as he is busy and cannot come out. It is now 16h52 and still have not got hold of him on watsup or by phone. It keeps on going over to voice mail, so I left 2 messages. I am absolutely totally disappointed at the service that was supp****.
