Very Poor Service

Signed up for three months. The streaming service was unusable on my laptop - VERY slow and kept buffering - unwatchable!!! They guarantee a refund if you're unhappy - sounds good until you try and claim the refund, at which point you are ignored. I have sent multiple emails and messages requesting cancellation and a refund via their web site (www.strimz.co.za) with absolutely zero response!!! Don't waste your money with these guys!!! Also I suspect some *******ity somewhere as there are MNET, SKY, Amazon and other channels on there, which also in part led to my request for cancellation and a refund.
