Strimz has zero aftersales Customer service

Your service is non existent!!! Permanently glitches on the spost channels..especially Supersport rugby and when trying to get the issue sorted on the chat platform there is absolutely nobody that even answers!! New owners are far worse than the previous. Even trying the email and not even an attempted reply.
