IPTV streaming service

To say I am disappointed is an understatement. I signed up for a 3 months striming service with IPTV last week. Today I was watching News and changed my channel to Mnet but the system was very slow. I got an error message say * back play failed" I was trying to change channels. After sometime I couldn't even access my account. I messaged the customer service or contact center and I was told I was have Blocked. I was blocked because they say I was watching two channels at once and I told the consultant that I was not and its not possible for me to do that on one device. I was told to buy a 30 days subscription to override the bloke. How do I buy while my subscription expires in November. I am sooo disappointed.
