Great customer support, its a bit difficult to grasp how things work if you dont have any of the supported devices. You will need to do some research on how to setup your iptv if you dont have an LG or Samsung device. But it works flawlessly. Make sure your tv or devices wifi signal is strong as it tends to lag alot on weak wifi. But definately recommend.
